Found the 3 staff who where on where very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and valvued. They understood needs of what we wanted and showed us to what was on offer and explained everything in clear and easy understandable way. The knowledge and understanding of the staff delivered in a friendly and professional manner at both the Middlebrook and St Helens stores that I visited.

Laura listened to what we wanted she also listened during the visit to eliminate mattresses etc. Took in the information we told her and processed it to ensure she met our needs. Very knowledgable and helpful person.

The lady was very helpful and accommodating I had three small children with me and the sales staff were excellent giving them balloons and allowing them to play while we talked through my needs.

The service was quick and efficient, Ashley was very knowledgable and helpful.

The service was great there was no pressure to buy but advice was given in a friendly and knowledgable manner.We were offered tea or coffee while we where there and were able to spend time testing the mattresses without feeling uncomfortable about doing so .

The salesman was knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful friendly and attentive, it was quite refreshing not to feel like your being rushed or pressurised into parting with as much money as possible, very impressed

Perfect customer service very friendly and helpful staff, they answered on all my questions and advise me what I can buy for money I've got, I even spend bit more than I expected but I am sure that was worth spending. Big thanx to Ash
