Kevin who assisted us was really welcoming and very polite. Helped me to choose the right mattress to suit my needs and was very knowledgeable about all the products. Came away feeling very happy.

Attentive staff member, who had excellent product knowledge and explained things. Staff member took a lot of time to look after me, and even got me a hot drink. He allowed me to try the beds which the computer had suggested were compatible with my requirements, and placed covers on the pillows, in order to be hygienic and covid safe. There was no sense of being 'rushed' at all, and ultimately I was given advice, in regard to proceeding with my purchase.

From entry to the store we felt welcomed and looked after by Andrew the sales assistant. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge and was just right with his sales technique (not too pushy). He took the time to go through everything in detail with us and the delivery time promised was excellent.

Could see the staff member Kevin and manager Richard were doing their best, they were very helpful and chatty and kept apologising for our inconvenience. They really did offer great customer service

The member of your staff who assisted my wife and I was extremely well mannered and helpful, my wife told him what we where looking for and the prices we would like to pay. The young man showed my wife and I around and took us to the items we where looking for. When we picked out what we needed we were taken to his desk and offer coffee or water while we waited for him to complete the sale. We would recommend this store to anyone who asks. Mr N.Bolton

Felt fully welcomed into the store, was offered a drink. Covid measures in place made me feel very safe. Took part in the mattress match and found the most comfortable mattress! Delivery is free which is amazing, can’t wait for the best nights sleep!

This was my 2nd visit and purchase in a few weeks and I can honestly say the service is exceptional!!!! Every member of staff were super friendly and attentive and the whole store had such a positive and friendly vibe! The sales person who served us on both occasions was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Not too sure I have had customer service on this level in a long time! A credit to your company
