Able to purchase the bed which id fallen in live with and got extras and a mattress at liwer price to suit my budget .

I was highly satisfied with the level of customer service. The staff member was very knowledgeable and answered question my wife asked. We offered coffee whilst we waited for a confirmed delivery date also. The store was very clean and welcoming.

Laura knew her subject of beds and was extremely helpful.

Helpful staff but not pushy or overwhelming, listened to my needs and as dusted accordingly. Given plenty if time. Explained delivery, returns, payment well.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because the minute we walked through the door we were greated by a very friendly and very helpful assistant. Any questions we had he answered in an easy to understand manner.

This was my second visit and second purchase this year from Dreams in St Helens and yet again, I was impressed by the experience. There were no high-pressure or cheesy sales tactics, just friendly help and knowledgeable advice. Rick dealt with me initially, and kindly reduced the price of my mattress to match a previous offer. The sale was then handed over to Kevin to process, who was friendly and despite the lengthy credit application process, made the whole experience a breeze. There was also another advisor (whose name I didn't get) who went above and beyond the call of duty to entertain my 2 year old son at key parts of the process which was really appreciated. All in all, it was another excellent visit to this store, where I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to others. Many thanks, and keep it up!
