Very friendly

We visited the store in St Helens and we're the only people in the store. Laura served us. She was very accommodating without being overbearing or pushy and she did not rush us even though the store was closing at 5:00PM. She even provided us with a range of pillows and advised us to lie on the bed in different positions to help us make our decision. Very friendly and not too "sales-womany". It was a very cold day and Laura's colleague also made us a cup of coffee! Very impressed; friendly staff and we have even got a delivery slot before christmas - perfect :) xxx

Knowledgeable staff, listened to need, explained products and prices, friendly through. Called back latter to add to order again very friendly. Not pushy in the sale .

Friendly and informative staff

Laura was very helpful and willing to answer all the questions that my wife and I had. She gave the information and then allowed us to test the mattresses in our own time. Laura was very friendly, even though she was a bit hyper at times. Due to the sale prices there were prices that we could afford.
