The customer adviser answered all my questions fully and made the experience easier. I liked the fact that he did not try to push me towards the more expensive items

We were given all the assistance we needed without being pressured. Laura, the salesperson, was attentive and pleasant, she guided us to the mattress we believe is best for us, she helped us get the best deal and as with all good sales persons she got us to spend more than we intended.

Ashley and his colleagues were very good. They helped us choose the best mattress for me and my wife and processed our order very efficiently.

Kevin your colleague at st Helens store helped us to find a bed we were both comfortable on, we couldn't have chosen one without his help,he was very patient and friendly. Finding the right bed can be very difficult and confusing, but today I actually enjoyed shopping for our bed.we carry wait for it to be delivered as we know we are going to have a great nights sleep.....big thank you to dreams beds highly satisfied and happy customer

Great assistant and friendly service good choice

Kevin found me the size and colour of bedding that I was after, and as they were ex display items gave me a great deal.Kevin was friendly and helpful.

The St Helens store was clean and well set out, allowing us to view all the different beds and headboards we were interested in. Julie was very friendly, as was the gentleman (I assume manager) but not at all pushy or overwhelming. We were offered a drink and listened to whilst we described our needs and products suggested were perfect.
