Because we found Laura to be very helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly, such that we went back today to order some bedroom furniture and asked for Laura specifically to serve us

The assistant was attentive and informative without being intrusive or pushy.

No pressure selling left to look around till we were ready to be assited

Rik was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge was much superior to that of your competitors. He wanted me to be very sure of my purchase rather than trying to sell me a mattress. He was very polite, patient and courteous when we visited the store and when I telephoned to confirm a couple of things before making the purchase. A great experience and a pleasure to deal with Rik. Unlike when visiting your competitors. I met with Ash when placing the order and he was equally as fab as Rik. Just hope and pray the new mattresses are all we hope they will be. Thanks.

Answered all questions had time for us and was not to pushy

We felt that the service was very professional given by laura no hard sell just facts and straight talking no soft soaping and lots of time given to decide overall this was a very pleasant experience and the cup of tea was good too.

We spoke to Richard who was very helpful and answered our questions/queries. He was very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process.

as soon as we arrived in store we were greeted by Julie and she went through all our needs and gave us time to try out the mattress . we also had our three year old with us and there was a member of staff that kept him entertained with a story book while we were there.
