We were greeted with a smile and helpful junior assistant, who asked if she could help and if we were looking for anything specific - we wanted a top spec mattress and after giving her some brief details she quickly brought a senior assistant to help us. We were listened to very well, and offered to try as many mattresses that may have met our needs and the assistant helped by providing in depth details on a number of mattresses we were interested in. Pillows of various spec were aso offered to aid our decision. We we not rushed, we were not coerced into making a decision and we were given full satisfaction details once we had purchased a mattress and found it quite unsuitable - it could be changed to an alternative one. We were treated politely and respectfully throughout.
