The staff was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to decide and where there to give us advise when needed got are last mattress from dreams and will be returning again when the daughter requires one 10/10 brilliant.

The shop was well laid out. The salesperson Kevin made us feel welcome, we felt that he went out of his way to make us feel important. He gave us the information relevant to our purchase, explained the delivery protocol to us. Made sure we were happy with our delivery date and our purchase. Checked all the paperwork with us and explained what it meant. Would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and colleagues. Would definitely recommend Kevin the salesperson.

On each time we go back for another item seem to now know the staff always helpful and friendly no messing about if they can sort you a deal they will cheer dreams well done

Ashley was knowledge took time to understand are needs and gave us enough time to browse and try different things recommended an appropriate matters which we decided to purchase to go with our bed no pressure to purchase just polite conversation

After visiting a number of other outlets the service from Julie and Richard was first class. The products were easy to view and were competitively priced. Overall an excellent shopping experience.

Lots of choice, store well set out and so plenty of room to look around. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, didn't rush us to buy and easy ordering

Staff couldn't have been more helpful was very relaxed and shop is lovely the male assistant Kevin was wonderful.
