Dreams - St Helens

The service was excellent. Attentive and knowledgeable without being overbearing.We had plenty of time to decide, even gave us coffee. Good to have a customer toilet too. Our server Ashley was great and the store is really well managed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Richard was so patient with us letting us try all the different beds, providing pillows so was more realistic & even tried the mattress on different bases for us. Very helpful & not overpowering.

Laura from the St Helens store was very helpful and so friendly , a credit to your store.

Ashley at the St Helens store was not only very friendly but very tolerant of my fickle mind-changing. Him and his colleague were a smiling face on a rainy day and helped to choose a specific type of bed for a specific problem. They did not laugh at my needing a dog friendly bed...underneath of course..and did not push me into buying extras that I did not need.

The staff were very smart in appearance and prepared to help with are needs.

After visiting other bed suppliers my partner and I were impressed with the friendly approach and no pressure to purchase advice given to us by the store assistant Kev. I returned the following day and was again met with a very friendly assistant, Laura. As I had more time to discuss my needs Laura was able to offer numerous methods of payment to best suit my needs. She pointed out offers available regarding bedding and mattress covers and also the opportunity to take advantage of purchasing cover to protect both the bed and mattress I was purchasing. Laura had a lovely pleasant approach and her knowledge was appreciated.

I am currently on crutches I was offered the use of the lift. The sales assistant also brought down stairs a memory form mattress for me to look at to save me going back up in the lift. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
