We received a professional and caring experience from Kevin, who followed Covid guidelines at all times. He was very knowledgeable about the products in store and was patient and attentive, offering us a hot or cold drink

Walked into the store to buy a specific type of bed but after 'techie' display and measurements we were guided to something that better suited our needs.

Two staff members in store were very helpful, polite and efficient, Ashley was very knowledgeable about the different frames and mattresses and did not seem phased that we took a while to decide what bed & mattress to buy. He was very helpful in helping us choose but not pushy so we felt we had the information and time to make our decision

Excellent customer service from staff, amazing product knowledge and social distance measures in place made me feel safe. Sales man who assisted me on shop floor and processed my order was very knowledgeable and more than helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Dreams store to others. Also, I had to call when I got home as I mistakenly ordered wrong size mattress and it was resolved by the salesman’s colleague without any fuss at all, he too was extremely friendly and professional and he sorted the situation out in minutes and made me feel at ease. All staff I came into contact with at this store we’re excellent, if the products are half as good as the staff then I’m really happy to recommend Dreams!

We were welcomed into the store on arrival and offered a hot drink. We were asked if we need any assistance and what we were looking for. We had something in mind but the store colleague had a different product to offer that would suit our needs much better. We purchased the product we needed at a great price as there was a sale in store.
