WE WERE ABLE TO FIND TO BED WE WANTED SAVING US TIME SHOPPING ROUND

I needed new duvet's and mattress protectors so on the recommendation of a friend, visited Dreams in St. Helens. I hadn't planned on buying today, I really just wanted to get an idea of prices.. I said as much to the man who asked if I needed any help. However, even after saying this to him, I was delighted that I took the time and trouble to show me all the ranges. His name was Richard and he was a really friendly guy and didn't try to push me into anything! I loved the range of duvets and will defitly be back to replace my duvet on my own bed next month! I was really impressed with the mattress protctors but did feel that they were a little too expensive and so said that I would have to leave it but then Richard showed me through to a clearance selection and I was absolutely thrilled to be able to purchase protectors for not only my own bed and guest room but also for my childrens beds for a mere £5!!!!! I never get a bargain and am rarely so impressed with a 'salesman' - just wanted to let you know as he treated me with as much care and attention as if I was buying a £3k bed. Well done Richard, well done Dreams.. hope this review puts a smile on some faces today :-)

We were immediately welcomed by Ashley. He came upstairs with us after a few minutes and pointed out a bed which was further discounted after sale price which made our minds up and we were sold! He helped us as we needed to get a further £50 to get up to £500 for interest free credit and we walked away very happy with the whole experience. He was happy to help and really friendly.

The customer service we received was very good and the cost overall was very good value.

I was very pleased with the help and how helpful of the staff where. Really pleased would shop at Dreams again. Carn't complain.

I needed to make the purchase as quickly as I could because my time was precious. The sales person Richard could not have known this but the service I had received was first class. Whilst I appreciate he had to go through the formalities of explaining the financial rules and regulations it was done as efficiently as could be. I was offered a good discount on other items also and I am very pleased with the service I got. I hope now that the delivery of the product I have bought arrives on time next week.
