The Gentleman who served me in the St Helens store was very friendly answered any questions I had gave me his opinion on what I wanted which was a mattress for my daughter his name was Ashley

Welcoming staff, informative and helpful but not at all pushy. Felt we could spend as long as we needed laying on the different beds and testing them out, going back and asking questions as and when we needed. We explained what we were looking for and our needs and we were pointed in the direction of a couple of different types of mattresses of varying prices for us to try. Very pleased, and there was a sale on which was great! Would definitely go again.

very satisfied with my experience instore today, staff were friendly and very helpfull, i purchased a tv bed as i have previously bought a tv bed 5 years ago and i know the quality is very good on them as my one is still going strong, i just wanted a change, looking forward to receiving my new bed next week

We visited twice, the first time just to look around. We were left to our own devices until we needed assistance and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We returned a week or so later to Make our purchase and we were immediately offered tea and coffee and allowed to discuss matters between ourselves before we made a final decision. Ashley, the assistant we saw, was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process and offered advice on fittings within the wardrobes. A very pleasant experience and we will certainly return for more items if needed. Can't wait for the wardrobes to be delivered.

Helpful friendly staff who were very accomodating

Kevin couldn't do enough to find us a bed and mattress that satisfied what we were looking for
