The staff were very helpful and friendly and explained fully the price plan offered.

It was late night opening on a Friday evening. Store was empty with just one sales person on shift. Was attentive and helpful even got me glass of water when I asked

Julie was attentive without being overpowering. She gave us time to consider what we wanted and helped us to reach a decision based on our needs. There was a good range of choice available with plenty of options.

Upon entering the store I was met with a friendly relaxing atmosphere. No pushy salesman in my face just a gentle greeting with an offer of assistance if needed. After browsing I asked the sales assistant a few questions about the product I was interested in. I was impressed by his knowledge and confident replies to my questions. He gave me all the information I needed to help me make a decision. I left the store with a smile on my face knowing I had got a quality product at a great price.

Friendly experienced and knowledgable. Gave lots of options but left the choice to us. Able to offer alternate choices when original choice not available etc.

When I visited Dreams in St Helens, Kevin looked after my Mother and I in finding the most appropriate bed for me and my prosthetic leg. I was really pleased with Kevin's honest and genuine advise on getting the best bed suited for my needs. Would happily recommend the store to my family, friends etc. Bed gets delivered next week. Very pleased!

from walking into the shop we felt comfortable and at ease because we were left to our own devices until we needed assistance and then Laura who served us was very informative and friendly and from picking the product's we required until we left the shop everything was conducted in a friendly and professional manner

Warm welcoming explained what we wanted and ash got what we wanted and it was brilliant, so quick in processing our order. Just can't wait for out bed to arrive now
