Kevin was very helpful and accommodating in our search for a new bed. He was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses and spent quite some time with us helping us to decide which to buy. When we had made our decision, he made us both an excellent cup of coffee.

Went out with intention to shop at Benson's to purchase 1double bed but when spoke to your salesmen ended up buying from dreams 2double beds deal was that good. Excellent service & information quality products with outstanding service. Never ended up going to Benson's as your salesman so good &will shop with dreams in future.

Very friendly staff, one member entertained my toddler with drawing whilst I purchased the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff

Julia was very knowlegable about the mattresses. She helped us to choose another mattress, as the one we came to look at felt softer than we thought. She was very pleasant along with her male colleague. We were happy with the 20% discount.

The assistant was friendly, polite and helpful, without being 'pushy'. Coffee was offered. All requests for information were quickly dealt with.

Julie offered us a cup of coffee and advised us to take our coats off and relax We tried several beds and Julie explained the differences before we made our choice.
