Dreams - St Helens

Kevin the sales assistant was vey helpful, spent time talking to me about my options yet didn't pressure me into buying. It was a friendly service, I was offered a drink and they looked after me we'll and complimented my little girl.

We visited Dreams in St helens today and we're served by Kevin who was very helpful, polite and efficient he wasn't forceful at all like you think of sales people but very knowledgeable and informative. He heloed us witb our choices and did us a great deal. We will definitely be returning to the store for more furniture.

The products ordered were very well priced. We visited the store on 3 occasions and each time the staff were really friendly and helpful

Store manager Richard went out of his way and nothing was to much trouble for him, also Kevin who arranged finance for us was excellent, both credit to this store.

I was suffering with a sore back and the assistance I got to find the right bed was excellent. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

It was the first store we visited to make a bed purchase and felt at ease with the staff member straight away, so there was no point in going along to another bed store. The fact that if we found the same product cheaper elsewhere we would be refunded the difference made it pointless going anywhere else.
