The shop manager was very friendly and his assistant also the same good-mannered I will vsit again when I need to Buy anything for bedroom

Good product range,very knowledgeable and helpful assistant who gave us time to consider our purchase.Comfort exchange particularly welcome.

The colour coded beds made it easy to find the type we were looking for. The member of staff helping us was very friendly and gave us time to look around before coming over which I actually prefer rather than being pounced on as you walk in. All the paperwork was done simply and efficiently by the member of staff (Ashley) The only issue we had is that as a company we found it very strange that you have to give a 20% deposit if you buy in store but not if you buy online, personally I feel this does not make good business sense and that you may need to look into this issue in the future.

Kevin at the St Helens store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and very willing to ask and answer questions in order for me to purchase the best possible bed.

The staff were knowledgable and very friendly and professional however they were not pushy and at no time did we feel under pressure. They recommended add on items to complement our main purchase however once again they did not try to force these selections upon us

This is the third time we have bought items from this store in St Helens and the gentleman that serves us is very friendly and helpful without being too pushy. He even Made us a cup of tea. We are also very impressed with the delivery drivers.

Staff very helpful and very knowlegable

The assistants in the store were very professional with an extensive and passionate knowledge of the products. They were not over powering and only assisted when required encouraged us to try products in order to make our decisions in our own time.

It was a very pleasurable experience and the staff were very pleasant and helpful
