everything from begining up to the end of my visit was spot on i ve been offered a coffe and proffesional help to chose wright mattress for me. i was suprised about very good knowledge of every item i ve asked by shop staff they just explain to me everything so my purchase was much easier for me special thanxs to ASH and his mate;-)

The sales assistant was very courteous and knowledgeable and did not pressure overly regards making the sale. The store had all the products to view which made the selection of the items we purchased easier as a result. The staff stayed beyond the store opening hours to save us having to return another day.

Ease of looking at a large range of products with questions quickly answered

Kevin who served us was friendly and very knowledgable about the products. He didn't pressurise us. He got us avoid deal on the delivery price.

Ashley was very helpful. Lots of choice in store

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to try as many beds as we needed.

We were highly satisfied due to the level of service provided on the day. We felt very welcome, was often asked if we wanted tea or coffee and it was a pleasure to browse. Upon choosing our bed the sales advisor gave us an explanation of the different features, how to operate the bed and helped us also with measurements. The process was quick and efficient and overall was a very good experience.
