We went to store to purchase bed base units only and were unsure if this was doable. Ashley was very informative and explained options very clearly. The availability of disposing of the units being replaced was also very good even though there was a charge for this.

Julie was very helpful and friendly with assisting me picking a new mattress.

Well firstly, as new in the country we could not afford top of range, Matt understood this and directed us straight to exactly what our requirement was, price wise & type of mattress.

Ashley was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and made me feel at ease with such a large purchase. The store's layout made it very easy to find what I wanted
