The customer service was excellent

I did not feel as if the assistant was pressurising myself and my husband. He was very friendly and had patience when asked a number of questions. In some shops the assistant will follow you around to get a sale this wasn't the case in Dreams. The assistants name is Ashley and I found he knew what he was talking about, her gave us good advice on the type of matress we would need.

my husband has had cancer of the oesophagus, and is being nursed on a electrical hospital bed, in our dining room, a dream come true was to find a bed, that allowed him to sleep more up right, which helps with the reflux, imagine how pleased I was to find the perfect bed for us, discounted in the dreams shop, we are just so pleased,, cancer has changed everything, we haven't slept together since the 10\1\2016, the night before his operation.so a big thank-you, the bed is to be delivered on Friday the3\6\😃 The staff were great,

Your assistants Julie and Richard could not have been more helpful they took time to listen to what we were looking for and helped in every way they could we were even offered coffee,nothing was to much trouble,shopping at the store was a real pleasure, thanks..

After browsing a few places looking for our perfect bed, we found an amazing bargain in Dreams St Helens. The staff were quick and and attentive, Ashley helped us with all our needs and gave us all the information we needed regarding prices. The other lady was so lovely, and made us feel really comfortable. Honestly couldn't of wished for a better experience when spending a lot of money and I couldn't recommend this place enough.

We visited twice in a week to choose a bed. On the first, visit Julie was excellent in helping with us to make the bed and mattress choices. The next visit, Ashley made choosing colours and headboard amazingly easy and then he completed the ordering /delivery details quickly and efficiently
