Richard the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, offering us a drink, he guided us through what to choose and even though we originally only wanted a mattress we left with a new bed frame as well , we really recommend him as a salesman .

I went in and was immediately greeted by a lovely friendly man. He helped me to find the mattress type for me by explaining to me about the sleep match machine and getting me to use it. Another employee, Ashley, then helped me. He showed me a range of beds to try at the right firmness and then he showed me a range of bed frames and headboards. He seemed to really listen to what I wanted and was really helpful. When it came to ordering he made it very easy, explaining all the delivery options and that I could delay the delivery if I wasn't yet in my new house. He explained all the added extra options I could get. He was very friendly and I would definitely return next time I need a bed.
