Decided to return to this store to make another purchase after having a good repertoire in the first instance

EXCELLENT SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF.

I bought my last bed from Dreams, and found them to be very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly; so that's why I returned today to buy a new mattress. Kevin was exceptionally helpful, showing me the different types of mattresses explaining everything fully. The visit and purchase went well and I would recommend Dreams to anyone wishing to purchase a bed without hassle or hard sell.

Kevin the sales attendant was very knowledgeable and patient. He allowed us time and space which was important to us in making our choice. His explanations were clear and unbiased and informative making our experience a pleasant one. He gave us confidence in making the right choice for us.
