Julia provided us with lots of very useful information to enable us to make an informed purchase. She also made us aware of special offers in the store. Once we had confirmed our bed purchase she directed us to the discounted linen, pillow cases and duvet covers - all at prices we could not leave! Great customer service; really nice team working in this store, we left feeling valued as customers and really happy with our purchase!

From the moment I walked in to purchase my first bed for my first home the staff understood my needs. They provided a personal service and provided myself and my grandmother with tea and coffee whilst talking us through our purchase ! Made to feel warm and wanted at all times by the team !!!

The store was set out very well and easy to find what I needed. The staff were very friendly and didnt pester me they allowed me time to look before they approached and when they did approach they were very friendly and helpful. Once I had made my choice they were quick to get my order processed. I have used dreams before and will gladly return for my next purchase.

This dreams had a good selection of bed frames and mattresses. The colour coding was easy to understand. The member off staff, Andy, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent quality at very reasonable price. Shop assistant Mike was very helpful and recommended the right product for us. Both members of staff were very helpful.

i dont normally do survays,but i thought that i would this time because the lady in your store was so helpful and friendly, I can honestly say that i believe her to be a real asset to your buisness with some of the best customer sevice skills that i have ever experienced.

Quick and efficient service in order bed I needed - friendly approach from staff and not to overwhelming in feeling that you needed to buy something

the experience was great from start to finish, I only spent £10 .80 but that did not matter to the sales colleague. Nothing was too much trouble and that's why I am highly satisfied.

Came in to kill time. A friendly gentlemen called ritchard introduced himself explained in great detail about the beds and products and was extremely happy that he offered me a cup of tea and then when I layed down on a bed he came over and gave me a pillow. Was thinking of walking out as my partner had finished shopping but the pillows were very good for the price. Will defently be coming back for a bed.
