Dreams - St Helens

From the minute we walked in Andy asked us if we wanted any help, no pressure, and explained the colour coding system to us. Offered us some drinks and talked to us about the different options available and also left us alone when me and my husband were talking between ourselves. He also made the effort to speak to our 12 year old son about Pokemon Go which was nice of him as sometimes kids are completely ignored. We spoke to all of the staff actually, the manager and two ladies who were all really friendly and helpful. This is the second time in the past 6 or 7 months that we've bought a bed from the St Helens store and we went back there mainly due to the excellent service we experienced there. Highly recommended.

Julie the shop assistant was very helpful when we was choosing a bed and headboard. She also helped us choose three lovely sets of bedding that was in the sale. Very appreciated fantastic member of staff

Excellent service given by the team at St Helens and the patience of the salesman Kevin in ensuring we purchased the correct bec for our needs, we were very impressed with his knowledge of products and advice given.

the cutomer assistant whos name was kevin was more than helpful i expained to him i have back rpouble and he was very knowledable about which mattress i should choose he was very patient while i tried different beds and at no time did i feel under any pressure to make my purchase

Very attentive service, Mike had a great knowledge of the beds on offer, without Mike explaining the quality and different support each bed I looked at offered I would have chosen a bed that wasn't completely suitable for my needs.

He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the products.

No pressure, products and choices explained clearly, would have preferred to have choice of hard mattresses other than your own brand but the item selected met our requirements. Pleasantly surprised to be given early delivery date. Did not feel that salesman was pushing the more expensive mattress and were allowed to make our decision by ourselves.

The sales assistant gave us the information we were looking for and no time was wasted. We found what we wanted quickly and were very happy with the whole experience.
