Mike @St Helens was very helpful and pleasant. He explained the different categories, gave us as much time as we needed to browse and make a decision but was also on hand if we had any queries

The salesman Mike was extremely helpful and pleasant. The quality of the products were good and we were even offered tea and coffee while we were just browsing.

Mike was extremely helpful and understanding of our budget and requirements, provided us with all the guidance we needed and left us to browse and make our decision - just what we want!

On entering the store I was greeted by Andy with a warm welcome and straight away he made me feel at ease. I asked could I test my possible purchase and again, straight away Andy provided me with a pillow he explained and answered all my questions.so there and then I decided to go ahead and make a double purchase ! I was offered and received a lovely cuppa and a delivery date of just four days away, which was beyond my expectations and made my very happy. I completed my purchases , with a few extras along the way , which Andy kindly carried to my car . The whole customer experience was first class and I would highly recommend shopping at Dreams ........ I would go nowhere else. Thanks Andy . I was offered a cup of tea and not rushed in making choices. Prices of items were also heavily discounted which was great.

Andy was the most pleasant sales person we've ever dealt with and made us feel very relaxed and happy with our purchase. Throughout our time there we were offered refreshments and given as much time as needed to thoroughly evaluate all the available options. Andy went out of his way to ensure we'd looked at each and every option in order to be completely happy with the sale. We not only were informed of each specific aspect of our purchase but it was done in a cheerful fun manner that made the whole experience very enjoyable - in all honesty, we would both happily have stayed chatting with Andy for quite some time. The whole team worked well together and they assisted each other with various aspects of their jobs whilst we were there which highlighted what a great working environment they have within the St Helens Store. It is very rare that when you get home after spending a large sum of money you comment on what a great time you've had, but that's exactly what we did and should the need arise, we will be more than willing to visit Andy at Dreams again!

Great Customer Service, welcoming, nothing too much trouble.

I like it because nobody pressurised you. We could wander round at leisure. When we needed assistance very nice lady came and she was brilliant (made nice coffee as well) very pleased with our visit and will certainly recommend you.

I told the salesman what my needs were, and he guided to me to the right product. I didn't feel pressured at any time.
