Dreams - St Helens

What I delightful shopping experience I had at Dreams St. Helens! On what was a very miserable, wet and cold day, I thought that I would head to the shops and look at a new bed for myself and my partner. I was greeted by a very jovial man, Richard, who offered me a drink (can't recall this having been offered at other Dreams shops in the past?!) I explained what I was looking for and Richard politely explained the range of beds which fitted my expectations... I was offered a pillow and tried out some of the more expensive ranges, however, I decided that it really was a job for me and the other half to do together, so Richard wrote down my favourites and invited me and my partner to come in together at a later stage! Without being pushy Richard drew my attention to the sale bed linen as he said that there were some excellent deals on. He was friendly and helpful and in the end I chose 3 new duvet sets at an amazing price. One set for me and two for Christmas gifts for family members (we all have similar taste and colour schemes thankfully!). I am extremely impressed and will definitely be returning to Dreams, St. Helens and hopefully Richard will be there to assist.

Both staff who served me were extremely polite and knowledgeable, they went out of their way to make sure myself and my family where comfortable with our shopping experience even to the point of offering us a tea or coffee, would definitely recommend this store to my friends

I was very highly satisfied with 'mikes' enthusiasm and knowledge of products.... I'm yet to see if I'm satisfied with my bed as it is only coming in a few weeks time!!

The approach of the shop assistants Richard and Julie was great, they were both very knowledgable, friendly and we didn't find them pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to take our time to choose the right products for us.

I went with my wife to browse for a new mattress on the Thursday before my shift for work started at 2pm. I was pushed for time so was really just browsing to get a couple of prices. The advisor in your St. Helens store was fantastic knowing I had to go to work he gave us a brief explanation of the types of mattress on offer and the best to suit our needs.although this was brief his valuable knowledge was exactly what we needed. We came away knowing exactly which mattress we was going to purchase when we had more time. We returned to the store on the Sunday the same week only to find Kevin was working much to our delight. Kevin remembered exactly who we were and what we wanted to purchase. We sat down and sorted everything out finance etc and to are amazement our mattress was ready for delivery 4 days later. 2 - 3 weeks at bensons. What a credit to your company Kevin is great customer service. Looking forward to delivery and a peaceful nights sleep thanks Kevin.

THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE ASSISTANT MIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL,KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE VARIOUS PRODUCTS AND EXTREMELY POLITE AS WERE HIS WORK COLLEAGUES. HE PROVIDED COFFEES AND SOFT DRINKS FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SALESMAN AND SHOP TO ALL WHO REQUIRE A BED AND ARE NOT 100% SURE OF WHAT THEIR EXACT REQUIREMENTS ARE. IT WAS A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH WITH NO PRESSURE AT ALL TO BUY ANYTHING.

Mike who delt with us was very freindly and explained everything about all the differant mattresses.We went into the shop not really knowing what we wanted but Mike guided us in the right direction without being pushy .Good to deal with !!
