Dreams - St Helens

Our whole visit was very pleasant. Buying a new bed is an important purchase because you spend so long sleeping and it is an expensive purchase so you want to get it right. We didn't know where to start but Mike talked us through all of our options and didn't mither or rush us. We were all done in about an hour. We were given different payment options and even got a cup of tea! Great service!

I visited your shop in ST Helens, I was very pleased with the customer service I received, I took my time choosing the mattress I wanted I was not pushed by sales staff that you can get sometimes in shops. But they was very helpful and explained all questions I asked. I found the staff friendly and professional. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Salesman Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, as was his boss, shop was well laid out, loads of choice and loved the time in the special room which convinced us to buy a tempur bed compared to a sprung mattress. We had already been to Bensons the week before found a bed which was sprung, slightly cheaper but to be honest did not like the salesman, his attitude nor the shop so did not buy! - So glad we remembered DREAMS was in our locality and waited - cant wait for our bed to arrive next week - thanks so far great service!
