Kevin at St Helens was very helpful listened to what we wanted explained the options and answered our question's then left us to decide. Helpful but no pressure great

The Sales Assistant (Julie) was sufficiently attentive without being too pushy - an excellent balance and a skill not always easy to get right. We were invited to try beds for comfort/suitability. Whilst we were trying a number of possibilities she even made me a cup of coffeee - which incidentally was exactly how I liked it. There was a fairly sizeable discount since we were happy taking a display model mattress. As a small bonus a few extra pounds was taken off some sundry bedding items at the checkout.

The staff were really knowledoable and keen to give advice but without being pushy. I was really impressed. I also managed to get a great deal with the help of the assistant.
