Great customer service and value for money

The assistant was extremely helpful explaining the different products in details and giving us plenty of time to peruse and try different mattress's and even gave us different pillows to try. Nothing was too much trouble

Great knowledge of products and helpful friendly advice

We went into the St Helens store on Sunday 9th October looking to buy a bed. The sales assistant was Kevin who gave us his immediate attention when we entered the store. His knowledge of all the products he showed us was exceptional. He assisted us throughout our stay which ended with us purchasing our tempur adjustable bed, 2 headboards, 2 tempur pillows and mattress and pillow protectors. Extremely satisfied with his help without feeling that we were pressured

Andy, our salesman at the St Helens store could not have been more helpful and courteous. He took time to listen to and understand our needs and choose appropriate products that took these into account.

Becky was very friendly and helpful, she offered me a drink but I declined, she went an extra mile to satisfy all my needs. James the assistant manager was brilliant as well, will definitely go back.
