Andrew our salesman gave us so much valuable information in assisting us regards our needs...explaining all the options and benefits associated with products on display Initially we entered the store openminded thinking we would just look around...again thanks to andrews expertise not only did we feel happy to leave with a new mattress we took the pillows relevent to said mattress ( again something we had overlooked but felt complimented our needs ) All in all time and money well spent...thank you dreams and andrew in particular

Staff were friendly and not too intrusive. They had good knowledge of the products being sold. They quite happily let us try out a wide variety of mattresses and helped us to refine our choice down based on our needs and the products you had available.

I was high satisfied with my experience at Dreams as Julie who served me was very formative and explained clearly and In detail about the products I was purchasing and how they would benefit me. Also, Julie was very polite and friendly and made me feel the purchasing of all the products was actually so very simply! I love my new products and I would definitely purchase from Dreams again! The guy who served us was named Andy and he was a great help in choosing our perfect bed and mattress! His product knowledge was brilliant and a very natural sales person. He took the time to even offer us coffee. I was excited to find out our bed would be delivered less than a week later which we can't wait to sleep in as we have a new baby so sleep is rare these days!

Went in to buy a mattress. Given some time initially to look around before being approached by an assistant to offer help. Friendly, knowledgeable assistant. Talked through purchase, and returns procedure if not satisfied - very transparent. Purchase completed quickly
