Kevin showed us all beds and explained the features of different mattress Julie and Mike helped with finance and mattress covers and pillows .They were very good team my husband got the cool pillows which he was wanting a good experience .

Andrew was extremely helpful with the purchase of our twins bunk beds, so much so that we also bought ourself a new bed and mattress on the same visit. He took his time to ensure we made the right choices for our needs, even staying after hours to finish our purchase. A credit to your company.

I must say your colleague was extremely helpful and extremely friendly, a real credit to your St. Helens store. He was also very kind my giving our 3 year old daughter colours to draw whilst we completed the purchase.

Just to say that we only went into the store to look around. We did need to purchase a new mattress but not necessarily that day. However Andrew was so good in sorting out a good deal for,us we decided to go ahead.

Michael was very helpful and knew his products....he didn't follow us but was there when we needed him... no pressure on us in any way ....
