I am highly satisfied with this Dreams because as soon as I walked in the staff were very helpful and pleasant. They showed me exactly what I wanted when I described it to them. I am very happy with what I have purchased and I will definitely come back in the future when I am buying bed related products. I am a very happy customer I highly recommend shopping at Dreams.

Staff very friendly didn't push us into anything we didn't need but explained all the offers that were available to us.

Richard and Julie was fantastically friendly...

Julie the assistant, was very helpful. She assisted us in the correct selection of mattress, for our needs. she explained all the differences in mattress construction. The different toppers etc. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit. We did not feel pressurised by any of the staff. As I have said previously, Julie's is a credit to the company. Overall, a pleasant experience. We have shopped with Dreams before, and will continue to do so in the future.
