We were explained to in a very professional manner the colour codings of the matresses we werent pressured into anything and when i changed my mind Kevin was extremley patient and just kept showing different alternatives until i was satisfied.

I was asked if I needed help on entering the store and was pleased to be directed to the mattresses I was looking for by sales assistant Kevin who was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to my requirements. I found a mattress which met my needs and was really comfortable - made the purchase with no hassle which was at a discounted price , including free delivery and I took up the offer of removal of my old mattress on delivery of the new one. Making arrangements for delivery was easy with a date and time to suit me.

Offered a drink, bed frame not on display but was able to show us pictues online. Salesman spent time explaining different mattresses available. Then went over everything with us with no pressure to buy.

The staff in branch were friendly and attentive without being pushy. Julie who helped us with our purchase was very knowledgeable about the products and didn't try to steer us to the most expensive beds, but really tried to understand our needs. Felt comfortable in the store and had time to browse and try as many beds as we needed to get the right one for us. Nice to touch was the offer of a tea or coffee whilst we looked around.
