Staff( Julie) let us know she was available for advice but didn't cling to our every move like the 2 rival shops we had visited earlier.The facility to have the old bed and mattress taken away at a reasonable cost was a big plus. The price of the headboards was very reasonable compared to other shops.Julie also gave sound advice about pillows( we bought 2 new ones)Other members of staff were also friendly and chatty whilst competing the paperwork inc. bringing us tea

Well presented layout and offered assistance virtually straight away will welcome cup of hot chocolate. Al options explained and very simple to order with delivery date nominated.

The Dreams colleague Kevin was very knowledgeable about the products available,without being too pushy we never felt that we had to purchase, he put us at our ease as he showed us the products available. I thought i was going to be out all afternoon looking at mattresses but we bought in Dreams as we felt the mattress we bought was real value for money in your winter sale

Friendly and knowledgeable salesman, without being too intrusive or in your face. He even suggested to our daughter that she could play on the adustable beds, which kept her entertained! We were offered a hot drink quite soon after arriving in the store.

Julia who was the store representative was very helpful and guided us to all our needs and more, even though she was unwell on the day.

When we first went to look at the mattresses we wanted we were assisted by a young man called Mike, who was extremely helpful without pressurising us. He explained the differences between the springs etc of certain mattresses, concisely and clearly. We then looked around another bedding store but felt that the assistance that we had received at Dreams was more impressive and that the goods we wanted (two mattresses) represented good value for money. On returning to Dreams two days later Mike was not present but a lady called Julie offered to help. She was very professional and efficient, again without pressurising us, and after offering us coffee or tea she talked us through the differences between certain mattresses as Mike had done. She was extremely welcoming and friendly, both before we decided to buy and afterwards. When dealing with the payment procedure she was again professional, efficient and friendly. At the same time we got talking to her boss, Richard. He too was most welcoming and we found we had much in common. We enjoyed a long chat and ended up swapping Face Book addresses. My wife and I eventually left the store feeling pleased and confident in our purchases.
