Andy the assistant listened to what we were looking for he explained the difference between the mattresses. He then left us alone to browse and came back to answer further question. He was very helpful without being pushy. Thank you

Assistant was polite, listened to our needs, and recomended a few beds for us to trial, and was very helpful with his knowladge of beds.

Staff were friendly without being pushy. We were able to try as many beds as we liked and Kevin explained the merits of each mattress. When we finally decided on the mattress, he was able to arrange delivery at a time that suited us and also arranged for the collection of our old one. All in all, a very good customer service. Arrived to store 5 mins after closing. The guy saw, unlocked the door allowed us in and we were in and out with a new mattress with 10 minutes.

The assistant/salesperson was very pleasant when entering the shop offering tea or coffee. We explained the problem of our own bed, which he was very understanding of our predicament and was able to make suggestions and show us different mattresses. We asked him a lot of questions, which he was very knowledgeable and clear in his answers.
