Dreams - St Helens

Needed new mattress for single bed. Was dealt with by member of staff named Kevin. Was very knowledgable and helped clear up some misunderstandings we had around different types of mattress. He wasn't pushy though and let us make our own decisions around comfort, brand etc. He really excelled though at recommending some pillows to fo with the mattress. I am notoriously picky with my pillows and have not been able to find any to replace the very old ones I still cling on to. The fact he was able to find a type that not only were reasonable but also I was very impressed with him made him the hero of the day.

Friendly staff Knowledgeable Personable

I went looking for a single bed and a mattress for my mother who is 82 . A dream colleague called Mike came to us who was very helpful . Giving us excellent advice to what bed was needed we went onto purchase a bed and mattress .

Kevin, Who served us when we came to dreams was brilliant, the gold standard of customer service. On entering the store he offered us a drink, found out what it was we wanted and then found it for us. I am very rarely actually impressed by the customer service offered by retail but Kevin blew us away. Thank you for a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.
