the assistant Laura was pleasant and very helpful she gave us time on our own to discuss the options and did everything to accommodate our needs, will definitely recommend Dreams store at St Helens to friends and family.

my wife and I only went into the store to enquire about a new mattress. However during our consultation with Andrew it became clear to us that we needed a complete new bed. We found Andrew to be extremely knowledgeable about your products and how to match them to our needs. There was no pressure from any of the staff for us to buy the bed we did, we were offered different options of quality, style and price. Purchase options were also fully explained to us. It was a pleasant experience to shop at the store.

The woman was really helpful with what we wanted and both staff were very welcoming whrmln we came in the store x

My partner and I were happy for the shop assistant 'Andrew' to give us advice on different mattresses. Thanks to his knowledge, we purchased a mattress which is good for us.

Polite and friendly staff who assisted and offered advice without being too pushy. Quick service, didn't have to wait around. Bed was ordered and delivery arranged promptly.

The sales assistant Andrew was extremely helpful but at the same time he left us to look aroubd by ourselves without hasseling us. He and his colleague made us drinks during our visit

Assistant was exceptionally helpful and spent a lot of time with us. We felt that he was genuinly interested in getting us the best deal and nothing was too much trouble. Our only negative reaction was the length of time the product will take to be delivered. However, the assistant explained that as the item was "made to order in Germany" it would take approx 8 weeks. Not too happy about this but the quality of the item hopefully means that it is worth waiting for.
