Prompt service. Salesman listened to our needs. He highlighted our options, He was helpful without being pushy,, Colleagues were also friendly & offered advice but the choice was ours. I like to feel like a valued customer & given the right level of advice & support,

Andy spent a lot of time with just us but gave us plenty of space and came over as soon as we looked like we needed assistance. Despite having our own "personal assistant" the entire team helped look after our two year old that was more interested in running round rather than choosing a bed.

I went into Dreams specifically for a king size tv bed with ottoman storage and it was right there as soon as I walked into the store on display. The assistant was fantastic and helped from the moment we stepped into the shop, his name is Ashley (St Helens store). He had a great depth of knowledge and allowed us to use the machine testing sleeping posture etc. From there Ashley recommended several different mattresses that was identified from the analysis, one of which we purchased. We decided to purchase the bed with your zero interest credit option. We were very pleased as it didn’t take long and we were not in the shop very long, probably around 30mins in total and got everything we set out to get. We were offered refreshments whilst going through the paperwork which was very thoughtful due to the humid weather on the day. All in all very pleased and we are looking forward to the day our bed is delivered. Thanks to Ashley for all of his help.
