I We were helped to make a considered choice by Kevin, a salesman with prodigious knowledge of the product. He was always available to answer our questions but avoided being pushy.

Andrew, Was very friendly and helpful in explaining the bed frames, How sturdy they where, Being allowed to test as many mattresses until we found the right one for us.

Products are high quality, well priced and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in their services.

My wife and I received excellent service in a friendly and relaxed way from both Kevin, who dealt with the sale, and Laura who helped when there was a computer glitch at the transaction stage. The was a wide range of beds, mattresses and accessories. It is a very friendly and welcoming store. Keep up the good work

We have bought from Dreams before,so we knew we would get what we wanted. And the service was excellent as.

Kevin dealt with us when we ordered our new bed, mattress & pillows, however the pillow I had was too hard so after dreams offered me vouchers towards the purchase of a softer pillow we went back to see Kevin & he sorted a softer pillow, he is excellent at his job & will definitely send family & friends to see him

The assistant gave us plenty of help and advice and left us alone to chat about the beds we had seen. We had plenty of time looking over various beds and the assistant was most helpful but not forceful. The decision was ours. The only problem we had with the experience was with the " add owns" at the end, plenty of help offered but always at a cost so had to choose which service we really needed. It' so a long time since we bought a bed........ Looking forward to having our delivery on Monday.
