quick friendly service. nothing to much trouble

Always feel anxious about going into stores such as furniture shops as sales assistants usuallyrics pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door which usually results in me walking straight back out! But I have to say visiting Dreams in St Helens was not like that at all, we entered the store, staff said good afternoon and left is alone, only after a good 10 .. 15 minutes did a sales assistant (Laura) come over to us and ask if we needed help, to which we did. We explained what our needs where and Laura clearly explained to us putrid choices and then again left us to try our a few mattresses. If we had any questions Laura was on hand to answer them. We made a purchase in the end and that was because of the product and also because of how Laura treated us. An excellent example of a sales assistant.
