Courteous non pushy staff who made us feel welcome but we're not intrusive. Gave good knowledgable answers to our questions and were very informative about our options. We were also offered a very nice cup of coffee while we browsed and tried each mattres type out

The sales assistant Kevin was very knowledgeable re all of the different styles of beds and mattresses. We initially didn't know which we wanted other than a medium. He guided us through all of the various choices and wasn't at all 'pushy' and gave us all the time we needed. It was left to ourselves to choose which eventually we did.
