Laura, who helped us in store, was really lovely. We were only going in to look but she really listened to us, helped us make the best decision and understood our needs. She didn't pressure us and left us alone to make a final decision. We went in to look and left with everything we needed!

Laura in the St Helens branch was very helpful and friendly - she was able to tell me about the product I bought, in great detail. I am very happy with the quality of my product for the price and I would certainly recommend Dreams to a family member or a friend. 5* experience!!!

Laura was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She did not rush us into making any decisions . She was polite friendly and approachable . Answered all of our questions and was very clear and professional . She took time to discuss options with us and show us other related products ie duvet covers etc. We felt we had received excellent customer service from her .thank you.
