The staff at the St helens store are excellent,I have back problems,they went out of there way to get me the perfect mattress for my needs,Kevin and Richard are a real credit to your company. The whole experience is very professional,excellent delivery times,totally stress free,mattress turned up on time,rang me up half hour before giving me a time slot,couldn't ask for more,I will be going straight to dreams for my next bed. Andrew the Sales person we spoke to was very knowledgeable about all the products we looked at. He spent time going into detail and did not rush us, allowing us to spend time on our own discussing our options. We enjoyed a nice cup of tea in a pleasant showroom and did not feel pressured in to buying, in other words Andrew was not a "pushy salesman". I would recommend Dreams to all my family and friends. Looking forward to our new bed being delivered.

Second vist to the because of the very good customer service after puchasing a bed for my son last year satisfid and how we where looked after and advised and the service was as good if not better by all the staff the time was late when we called in and nothing was to much i said to Andy we will call back on monday because of the time both he and the other staff said no we where ok to stay and all where very helpful Many Thanks Keith Platts We will.continue to shop in your store and advise freinds and family to vist THANK YOU

Laura was very helpful. I arrived into dreams with a vague idea of what i was after but after a short 10 minute discussion with laura she had gave me enough information on matress' etc. that i knew exactly what i wanted. The store was clean, tidy and had lots to choose from in terms of products.
