Richard was great at explaining in detail about the products i wanted and was not forced or begged for the order which was a breath of fresh air as sales men are too pushy but not richard.

This was a sensitive visit to the store as my partner is seriously ill. Laura was helpful, discrete and considerate to the situation.

Staff knowledge

I have used the dreams St.Helens store 5 times in about 7yrs, the staff have always been very helpful and pleasant, in fact a delight to deal with. If the knowledge of a particular item wasn't known they take the trouble to find out so that you get your answer. The visit this time was I will say extremely pleasant and very informative, good product knowledge and no hard pushing from the staff, that is always a good start as you can take your time in your important decision without someone breathing down your neck. In the process of looking for what I want this time I have been to over four different stores, Selfridges, trafford centre, The white company, marks and spencer, bensons, furniture village, but all but one of them where very pushy which for me does not help in decision making. So to put my experience in a nut shell, absolutely positive feedback for your St Helens store and staff would recommend and when in need of good service and a good product range will return.

I was met by a very helpful woman Julia who went through all my questions and helped me to find the ideal bed mattress for my needs. From entering the shop until leaving I was made to feel welcome even offering myself a drink.
