The salesman was very polite and approachable. He made us feel comfortable and offered us a nice drink. He was knowledgeable of a wide range of products. He took the time to find out about queries that he was unsure about and got straight back to us. Andrew did not force us into buying something that we did not want. The quality of the goods very good. The buying and delivery options also suited our needs.

Staff were attentive and knowledgable without being pushy.

The customer service form both of the sales assistants was very good. Did not feel pressured to buy, very warm friendly and welcoming, knowledgable about product. Answered all our questions. Got offered a cup of tea as soon as we entered the shop.

We visited the store earlier in the week and met Laura who talked us through everything we were interested in, showed us around the store and gave us all the information we needed, she also went through different product options with us and assisted us when we had questions regarding size of products, how they deliver & assemble and offers that may interest us. When we had more time we came back and met Laura again who took our order, helped us make decisions on what we wanted and had such a great knowledge of everything in store we felt very happy with everything & the service including delivery options and assembly of items was great.

The moment i entered the shop i was greeted politely and well looked after from start to finish. Couldnt fault the experience the lady who dealt with me was 1st class.

Greeted immediately by a lovely, non pushy sales person (Julie) who took plenty of time explaining the difference in the beds (after asking our requirements) provided pillows and encouraged us to try out different versions. Never made us feel nuisances when we couldn't agree and listened (finding us the perfect match) Nothing was too much trouble and although we spent more than we intended (including the most expensive pillows ever ha) we came away totally satisfied & excited for our new purchase. Only went in for a browse too haha. All the staff also gave our impatient grandson lots of attention so he never got bored & loved every minute (which helped us take our time and chose the right product) - Thanks Dreams St Helens, top marks.
