Laura was very pleasant understanding and helpful in every aspect of our visit

The assistant Andrew was excellent. He gave us the time we needed and the answers we required. The manager Richard was also very helpful. Both deserve recognition.

ANDREW WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL OFFERED US DRINKS 2 OR 3 TIMES DURING OUR VISIT TOLD HIM ABOUT MY HUSBANDS CONDITION PARKINSONS AND STENOSIS OF THE SPINE AND HIS DIFFICULT IN TURNING IN BED AND GETTING IN AND OUT OF BED HE EXPLAINED WHICH MATTRESS IN HIS OPINION WOULD BENEFIT US THE MOST THE ONE HE THOUGHT WAS THE BEST FOR US WAS THE ONE WE HAD PICKED ANYWAY SO WE KNEW WE WERE NOT BEING SOLD ANYTHING WE DID NOT NEED .

The efficient service and instant knowledge of the wide range of products in the store the representative was excellent.

We were allowed to look and were not pressured. Andrew was a very nice salesman who offered us a drink, told us what we needed to know, advised us on certain things and then gave us space to comfortably decide by ourselves (no pressure). Lovely pleasant visit to the store, highly satisfied with the outcome!

Our needs were met in a friendly efficient and knowledgeable manner by Julie in the St Helens store. The store it's self had plenty of choice of quality beds, mattresses and bed linen. We are very pleased with our choice of mattress and would definitely return to Dreams . We would also highly recommend Dreams to friends and relatives.

I visited Dreams during the sale period to look for a potential new mattress and bedstead. Early on I was met by Kevin who proceeded to show me the available range of mattress available, highlighting those involved in the sale. He showed good knowledge of the products and to the delivery and holding side of any purchase. Purchasing the chosen item was quick and efficient. Kevin was systematic and explained all the documentation provided. He also explained how we can link further items for delivery if purchased in the next few days. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will hopefully be shopping there again soon.

Advisor very professional, informative and not pushy at all, kept the children entertained, whilst we could browse and sort the finance out, very happy with the speedy delivery too and offered all products without feeling pressured. Thank you
