Dreams - St Helens

We arrived at the shop before it was due to opened. The staff at the St Helens branch still let us in and discussed our needs.

From stepping foot in store to the delivery of the product the service was exemplary. Andrew in store took time to understand our needs and used his expertise to help us choose the correct bed. Offered additional products without being pushy. Excellent service.

Service excellent from start to finish

The in store experience was good, colleague was attentive but not overly pushy. We were asked by 3 different colleagues if we wanted water or coffee, that were all very attentive. The sales process was simple and quick and I was surprised how quickly the item was available for delivery. I had multiple contacts regarding delivery and a call on the morning of delivery and I was very happy with the process

Upon visiting to the St Helen's store, from start to finish the staff was fantastic, provided a fantastic friendly service, very professional and very knowledgeable on all the products on offer, the service and staff was fantastic. Cannot fault them.
