We were very well looked after by Kevin the salesperson. He explained everything in specific detail and could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the options we had to purchase our goods. The showroom was spotlessly clean and the chance to have a lie on the beds was most welcome. Having purchased from Dreams before I would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Our visit to the store in St Helens could not have gone any better. We bought a lot of bedroom furniture last year and are highly delighted with it so had no hesitation in deciding to visit again for a new bed. Extremely knowledgable and helpful staff were on duty again and we're looking forward to our new purchase, soon to be delivered. Thank you Dreams X

From the moment we stepped into the shop we were given an excellent service. We were allowed to walk around and look without being harassed with any sales pitches. When we did want assistance the staff was immediately on hand and provided us with all the answers we asked. Full information was given about being able to return the mattress if unsatisfied. Plus the ordering and delivery details were no hassle. When the beds were delivered I was amazed at how respectful the staff were, they took their shoes off without being asked and went about their business building the beds in no time. The rubbish was collected and taken away and I was left with 2 beautiful new beds ready for use. That night and each night after that my family have had lovely nights sleeps. Thank you Dreams

Friendly service, friendly staff

Very friendly and knowledgable member of staff. She came to me after a few minutes and didn't mither or insist on staying with us while we looked she just guided us to what we were looking for

Andy who dealt with me was very patient and professional in dealing with my 101 questions. he showed me awide range of beds and and had extensive knowledge of the products he was showcasing.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff , gave good advice and made the whole shopping process very easy.

The experience was easy and relaxed. We where given a cup of coffee on arrival (which was a bit to strong and didn't really enjoy) but overall it was very easy.

Helpful advice from the assistant Andy, explained everything about the products and ordering also was straight forward and not a long wait for delivery.
