The store is set out very well, good labelling on the different mattresses made it easy to sort which ones I was interested it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained everything thoroughly.

I received excellent service from very friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the product. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst in store and made to feel comfortable and at ease with all the necessary questions and paperwork to complete. I was very pleased with the bed I bought and how quickly it could be delivered. Very impressed with the whole experience. I would definitely return to buy a bed in the future and highly recommend Dreams to other family and friends who were thinking about purchasing a bed.

Great service from start to finish. Not pushy in store. Friendly and helpful. Delivery men were helpful and did the job with speed and ease.

We attended the store with three children. The store assistant made us feel very welcome, made us drinks, entertained the children with colouring pens and paper and let us look at all of the items available. We didn't feel pressured at all into buying anything. She was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the visit
