The shop assistant was friendly, not pushy. Knowledgeable and thorough. Helped us through our bed buying experience. I would have no problem returning our custom and highly recommending to friends and family

Understood the explanation given for the differences between mattresses. Sales person knew my budget, showed me options but did not push me over budget. Helped me decide between 2 mattresses.

Very pleased with the all round performance and quality of product that 'Dreams' had to offer. I do believe that we purchased exactly the right product of bed to meet our needs. Both the Sales guys were knowledgeable, pleasant and humorous. As a matter of fact I returned the following week and bought the exact same product for a family member. On arrival we where asked if we needed assistance and where greeting with a warm and friendly smile we had looked online and did have one mattress in mind The assistant did explain that it was online only and showed use the same make of matress any d explained the differents off the springs and the differences in the coverings and the fillings, we where encouraged to try as many as we would like to ad was offered to try different pillows this also made such a difference to out expreance, after tryinga lot more we pick the one that was nearest to the one we first tried. I asked for a matress cover and was told about the insurance and that I would get the cover free very please with this and good value and I also please with the my pillow purchase. I would use your company again and recommend you to my family and friends. Thanks .

The Assistance was great, Laura was amazing she was highly experienced in what she was doing and had a great personality, She was very kind and welcoming.
