We felt like highly valued customers, the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful and even made us tea. We were allowed to tests as many beds as we liked and encouraged to do so and there was no rush.

straight away we were met by the salesman kevin. we told him what we had in mind. and he allowed us to wander round and test things as when we saw something we liked. even made us a cup of tea which I think is really nice. when we thought we had something in mind he went down stairs to work prices out but still leaveing us alone to make sure it was what we really wanted. no pressure at all. and went out of his way to ensure we got it at the sale price it said and gave a few discounts where he could. and worked out delivery date with us when it suited us. a very good experience.
